RaccStarLogan's Commission Terms of Service

1. General Terms

• By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
• These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• You must be 18 years or older to commission me, regardless of whether you're commissioning NSFW content.

2. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are in USD.
• Payment must be made upfront.
• Prices may vary based on complexity, deadlines, or additional requests.

3. Process & Revisions

• I will provide progress updates whenever possible.
• Revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
• Additional revisions beyond the initial ones may incur extra fees.
• Major changes will not be accepted once the shading process has begun (if applicable).

4. Usage & Rights

• I retain the copyright to all artwork created.
• Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
• You may not claim my work as your own, resell it, or use it for commercial purposes without prior agreement.
• I reserve the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio or on social media unless stated otherwise.
• My artwork may not be used for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or AI-generation purposes.
• You are allowed to post my work to social media (except Twitter/X)* as long as you properly credit me.

5. Commercial Use

• All commissions are for personal use only by default.
• If you need to use the artwork for profit (streaming assets, merch, branding, etc.), you must purchase a Commercial License.
• Redistribution, resale, or use of my artwork for commercial gain without a commercial license is prohibited, and you may get blacklisted from commissioning me again.
• Commercial License pricing is an additional +100% of the base commission cost (subject to change based on scope).
• You are responsible for disclosing intended commercial use before the commission begins.

6. Deadlines & Turnaround Time

• Estimated completion times vary based on complexity and queue.
• If you need an expedited commission, a rush fee may apply.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but I will communicate any significant changes.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• If I cancel a commission, a refund reflecting the progress made will be given.
• If you cancel before work has begun, a full refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be issued once significant progress has been made.
• For artwork commissions, partial refunds will be issued once linework has begun. Refunds will be based on the stage of completion.
• For voice-over or music commissions, no refunds will be issued once work has begun.

8. Content Guidelines (Will Do & Won't Do)

Will Do:

• SFW and NSFW content
• Original characters
• Gore or horror themes
• Suggestive themes

Won't Do:

• Anything involving excretion
• Non-consensual or illegal content
• Hate speech or discriminatory imagery
• Anything I find uncomfortable or inappropriate

9. Prohibited Content

• I will not create artwork that includes hate speech, extreme violence, illegal content, or anything I find uncomfortable.
• If commissioning NSFW artwork, ALL characters must be depicted as adults.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions based on subject matter.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

*Twitter/X uses its posts to train its generative AI. I can make exceptions if you ask me beforehand, but usually I'll post it myself with watermarks and AI-preventative measures taken. If I find out that you post my artwork on Twitter/X without the watermarks, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me until it is taken down.
