Commission Terms of Service

General

• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, with or without explanation.
• These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect when your commission is accepted will apply to that commission unless otherwise agreed.
• You must be 18+ to commission me.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payment is required upfront.
• Prices may vary depending on complexity, deadlines, or additional requests.
• Quoted prices are final unless the commission details change significantly. (e.g., adding more characters, changing the style, etc.)

Process & Revisions

• I will provide progress updates when possible.
• Revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
• Additional revisions beyond the initial ones may incur extra fees (unless commissioning a custom design or reference sheet).
• Major changes will not be accepted once the shading/rendering stage has begun.

Usage & Rights

• I retain full copyright to all work I create (art, music, voiceover, etc.).
• Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.
• I may display commissioned work in my portfolio or on social media unless requested otherwise.
• My work may not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI training/generation purposes.
• You may post my work with proper credit.

Twitter/X Posting Rule:

• You must request a Twitter-specific export before posting.
• This version will be watermarked, lower quality, and slightly altered to reduce AI scraping.

Turnaround Time

• Completion time varies depending on complexity and queue.
• I may provide a start estimate, but it is not guaranteed.
• Rush orders may include an additional fee.
• If a commission is not completed within one year, it will be refunded based on the stage of completion.

Refund Policy

• If I cancel a commission, a refund will be issued based on progress.
• If you cancel before work begins, you will receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued once the final stage of completion has already been started.
• For artwork: partial refunds may be issued after linework depending on completion stage.
• For audio: no refunds once work has begun.

Content Guidelines

Will draw:

• Original characters
• Fan characters (if applicable)
• Mild horror

Will NOT draw:

• Hate speech or discriminatory imagery
• Illegal content
• Anything I am personally uncomfortable with

Additional Notes

• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any stage if it becomes uncomfortable or if the client violates these terms.
• Depending on the content, I may choose whether or not the piece is publicly displayed.

Agreement

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Failure to follow these terms may result in blacklisting from future commissions and/or legal action if necessary.
