Additional Terms for NSFW Commissions
These additional terms apply to all NSFW commissions. By commissioning me for NSFW content, you agree to the following:

Content Boundaries
- Allowed:
- NSFW content (obviously)
- Fat (no limits)
- Vore
- Vanilla
- BDSM
- Case By Case:
- Extreme content (such as healthplay, heavily detailed gore, etc.)
- Established Intellectual Properties (must provide proof of ownership or permission)
- Anything else not listed here (remember, always feel free to ask!)
- Not Allowed:
- Illegal activities
- Non-consensual acts (including consensual non-consent)
- Minors (under 18)
- Incest
- Bestiality/Zoophilia
- Anything involving excrement (e.g., scat, watersports, farting)
- Anything involving my character Logan with characters that aren't my own
- Anything else that I personally deem uncomfortable
Usage & Rights
- The same usage and rights terms apply as outlined in the main Terms of Service.
- When posting my NSFW works to archival sites like e621, please use the correct artist tag. (jesper_skulldragon, NOT raccstarlogan)
- Even if this website is hosted under the raccstarlogan domain, I still want to keep SFW and NSFW content separated.
- I reserve the right to issue DMCA takedowns if anything happens after completion.
- I usually try to post my works on e621 regardless, but if you are uncomfortable with this, please let me know.
- If you find that your commission isn't listed, you are fine to post it yourself with the correct tag.
- You may not post or use my NSFW works in places where minors might be exposed to them (e.g., YouTube or TikTok videos with no age restriction, non-NSFW Discord servers).
- These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect when your commission is accepted will apply to that commission unless otherwise agreed.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission with or without explanation.
Additional Notes
- Any breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of the commission and blacklist.
- Attempting to find loopholes in these terms will count as a breach of said terms.
- I may post my NSFW works on other platforms. If you would like to remain anonymous or would prefer otherwise, please let me know beforehand.
